Photographer’s Note

Following on from my last post, this is the next waterfall we came to on our hike through the Jamieson Valley. Much higher than the first small waterfall and a lot more exposed. The wind by now was getting very strong, the effect it had was to blow the water spilling from the cliff all over the place, creating rainbows which would hang in the air for just a few seconds, then disappear when the wind shifted and the spray was blown in another direction. I hope you like the shot, dammed near killed me getting up to this part of the track.
