Hello Miro,

This must be one of the most interesting places to be to see out the old year! I have seen many shots of the iconic Opera House but you have found a new slant on an old favourite. I love how the lights bring out the textures and the overlapping roof shapes, with the moon so well positioned in the composition.

Hello Miro,
although the framing seems perhaps too tight at the bottom, it exalts the interaction of the magnificent shapes and perspectives of the architecture and makes a very fine composition with the moon at the top left corner. There's wonderful sense of depth and marvellous lighting. The play of light and shadow and of a few lovely and harmonious tones is very delightful to watch. Congratulations and thank you!

Hello Miro - You were fortunate to have clear skies for this shot. I was in the Namibian desert and had hoped to get the opportunity for moonlit landscapes. No chance due to thunderstorms and clouds. I like the silvery tones across the roof of the opera house, they look very appropriate with the silvery moon and dark velvety sky. Attractive work. Warm wishes for 2013 and best regards rosemary

You do our Opera House proud with this sensational photo. Not only have you mailed the Blue Hour perfectly, the cherry on the cake is the full moon. I love the play of light and shade on the sails of the OH. A superb photo and the white frame is very tasteful.

I like the composition here and opera house with full moon.
