I took this picture of the iconic Bridge with Opera House in the background after being ferried there by Lisa`s husband as the light was beginning to fade.

This is just beautiful. I love those pastel tones and it is amazing to see the difference a few minutes of light can make on the sky. Superb perspective and excellent management of the light. The image is beautiful and sharp and superbly composed. Your photo brings back many happy memories, hurry back soon!

Hello Gladys,

This is an exquisite photo of the Sydney Harbor Bridge, with the backdrop of the city skyline. The spectacular Opera House is ideally placed in the frame. I just wrote a lengthy blog about Leonardo's Bridge, (actually No. 3 of 5 planned) for the National Geographic, and mentioned this bridge as an example of the parabolic structure.

Hi Gladys,

Loving this perspective and composition, I think it really showcases the bridge quite well. The soft light is a nice element that helps keeps focus on this impressive structure by creating a virtual silhouette. I also like the crossing "lines" of the bridge and boardwalk, the different directions add a visual juxtaposition. This is quite a lovely setting, and well captured. Thanks for sharing this viewpoint of an already stunning harbour.

Also in dark situations makes you a very good picture.
The bridge and the modern known building in background make these picture attractive.
You chose a very nice angle with a lot depth and perspective.
