Yesterday was Sydney's St Patrick's Day march. The march is the world's 3rd largest (New York is the 2nd largest) and has been held every year since 1810.
We had a small TE gathering for the occasion - Lisa (delpeoples), Santo (Skippy007) from Melbourne and Paolo (Paololg) visiting from distant Venice - a great day was had by all.
I saw this young Australian but very Irish looking spectator (His father is from County Longford) watching intently in his father's arms.
Taken with father's permission.

Il n'y a pas d'âge pour fêter la Saint-Patrick! Très mignon.

This toddler participates in the festival, you've immortalized in the best way. The portrait is of excellent quality. The meeting between photographers had to be very pleasant. Bravo.
Have a nice day

il ritratto è bellissimo, ma il bambino sembra avere dei dubbi sull'abbigliamento :)
Forse tra qualche anno comprenderà meglio.

Hi Ian, What a cute'y this little lad in his Saint Patrick's day get up. Like his expression, great close up, you managed it with skill, super colours, especially the green. Cheers Iain.

A great portrait Ian full of charm and character, The placement of the head to one side with the twist of the body gives it a fresh look. I was in Brisbane for St Pats Day but back in Sydney now. Regards Kevin

Ciao dear Ian,
a pleasant reminder of this wonderful celebration of the Sydney's St Patrick's Day, where the city seemed to be painted of green as in Ireland. It was a beautiful day, but mostly it was a great pleasure to meet you. I hope there will be other opportunities to be together ... maybe in Italy? :-)
Ciao, have a nice week!

Oooh he was a cutie wasn't he? Lovely shot, good and sharp with beautiful skintones. What a wonderful day it was. It was lovely seeing you again, taking some photos and having a good ole gossip over a nice cold beer.
Thanks for sharing, hopefully we can have a reunion in Italy one day soon

Hello Ian, I remember this very well, I also remember we asked his father for permission which he gave without hesitation, I think he was very proud & so he ought to be, lovely child & very well captured. Thanks for a very enjoyable day, a pleasure meeting you. Reunion in Italy sounds good.
