Hello Claudio, I like the colour (with the blue and orange contrasts) and light in this shot of yours very much. Your positioning on the south side of the river under the bridge is not a common one and I think works well. Change is good in this case. I like the way you have pulled in that old iron fence to lead our eye directly to the Opera House. Using F/13 you have excellent detail, including even the capture of the rivets in the bridge support. Your 30 second elapsed time worked well to turn the traffic to a light blur, while the lone pedestrian here was good enough to stay still for the shot. Very nicely done. Some additional notes would be nice.
