This different take of the Opera House is one of my favourites,and I would like to dedicate it to some lovely people we met on our journey,namely Lovely Lisa and our gorgeous cabbie Kevin.
It makes me feel warm while we are surrounded by frost ,snow and hails.

Hello Gladys,
So many pictures of the Opera House have been posted already but I haven't seen one yet taken from this POV with this arch as a frame. Congratulations with your different take of the famous Opera House!
The composition is very attractive with the long diagonal line of the fence and the overhanging leaves of the palmtrees.
But I'm wondering, was it impossible to include the right-hand side of the arch?

You have chosen an excellent spot for this shot of the Opera House. The arch and the drooping branches of the trees make a perfect natural frame. The railings make an attractive lead in and captured on the diagonal add a good sense of perspective.

This is indeed an unusual perspective on this Sydney icon. The arch makes a great frame for the sinuous lines of the opera house, whilst the railings with their interesting patterns make a superb lead line.

Fantastic point of view on the Opera House.I like very much the curves formed by the arch and the branches.The railing leads our eyes to the background.Original picture and nice colors.Very well done.

What a great composition with the iconic building , from this POV ! The view through the curve of the arch (and of the palms) is splendid , with the effective diagonal of the fence .

Ah, this is an unusual but very effective view on the iconic Opera house in Sidney. I like your idea very much and the framing through the arch is perfect. Even the fence plays a vital role here in leading the eye on towards the Opera. Great work indeed.
