Back at Fairy Bower, this is the last shot of the place I will upload. I just liked the pink tones and together with the name Fairy Bower, they reminded me of fairy floss.
Focal Length 24mm
Exposure 25 seconds

This is a very picture with wonderful sunset colours and perfect exposure to capture that running water. Well done.

Still a nice work at sunset to catch the watercolor of the sky, made twice with the reflection on the water.
My only comment is about the artwork with a piece a bit hidden by the background. A little switch on the right would have made the visibility better but I do not know what would have been the impact on the placement of the swimming pool in the picture.

The soft coulours of this picture are really eyecatching : they create a quiet and magical mood.
You've done an excellent choice with the long exposure to get this congealed effect on the running water.
The quality of your shot is perfect, compliments.

Nice image again, the mood is really great and the pink tones all over the scene are fantastic.
The long exposure is perfectly used to bring the blury effect on the water which is adding softness to the scene.
And last but not least, I now know what a "Fairy Floss" is ;-) although is seems to be typicaly Australian as the English call it "Candy Floss" and "Cotton Candy" for the Americans.
Have a great evening.
Best regards, Christian

Just look at that horizon, have you ever seen a straigher horizon than that!!
You're sure getting some great images down at the beach. This one is a beauty, colours are great, exposure giving a nice soft rendering of the water movement, nicely complenting the colour. nice work. cheers, Steve

I like the composition, which makes good use of the angle formed by the stone walls of the pool to direct the eyes towards the sculpture. I am not so sure about the pink/purple tones, but maybe I'll get used to them :-)

Another variation to your salt water pool series. Color is indeed candy like. Together with flowing water it makes a difference. Could be 'Fairy Flush' too.

Wonderful tones, the feel of the image is relaxing to look at with the composition very very good. The silky water looks great Lisa, very well done and TFS.

davvero belle le tonalità di colore, che assieme ad un eccellente POV hanno prodotto una splendida immagine.
Mi piace molto il movimento dell'acqua in primo piano.
Un caro abbraccio.

Looks like you spent a while in this place, good pink hour experimentation for a change and the effect of the long exposure on the water is very nice
Have a nice day JY

This is a fantastic shot! I love the pink hue present in the photo. The little fall running down, the ppol and then the ocean. Great POV with great exposure, wonderful light and great details. Excellent work!

Ahh pink fairy floss - your analogy has taken me back many years to my younger days :)
Yes, I also very much like the pink tones spread (and reflected) throughout the entire photograph.
Nice water feature in the FG. Overall, nicely captured.

Ciao Lisa. Just critiqued signal-womb's Fairy Pools and lo and behold, now I am looking at Fairy Bower. What is it with all these fairies? Mind you, I can see why such a name is suitable at this place. Plus I just read your note fully and saw the words I wanted to use- fairy floss.I can imagine the whole countryside constructed of fairy floss and rose flavoured Turkish delight and other pink confectionery.Don't know what the people would look like.Nice moment cara Lisa. Klaudio.

a perfect sunset with the pink tones of the scene to are a sight for sore eyes.I like the perspective of the scene as the trees of the little islet that complete the scenery.Well done.
Have a nice week,Danos

the colours are indeed amazing, the pink and purple tones together with the silk-like effect of the long exposure create a fascinating drem-like mood, I like it a lot. I like the composition too, the edges of the pool nicely lead the eye into the shot. excellent work, my compliments.

Not bad, you're in the pink with this one, certainly worth two points, even if the you know what's are in the wrong place.
Warm pink wishes

Ooh, I do love this pink and magenta tone after the sunset, it could be sunrise. Anyhow, I like the exposure that give the water a smooth texture with dream like quality. Yet there still enough clarity and sharpness in other area, and details on the distant mount of trees, I can still see some greenish tone in this light. Good composition, and good depth of field. Beautiful and romantic atmosphere. Thanks!

Ciao Lisa, Another very beautiful shot from this spot, nice colouring & a very effective smooth silky look about it or should I say Fairy Floss like, the falling water looks great.
Un caro saluto

Very nice color hues of the sunset and capture of the mini waterfall. Personally I would had given the mini waterfall more room and switched the angle more towards the wall on the right side. Perhaps that is not possible due to objects at the right side.

Ciao Lisa, questa colorazione al tramonto cosi' rosa e' davvero piacevole,e poi c'e' ancora una volta quello stupendo effetto seta dell'acqua che solo tu sai fare cosi' bene! Bellissima davvero, buona giornata,Luciano

Now after reading Santo's post about 'Mona', I hope I will never mix it up with your name :)
And I have seen your earlier posts about this place and I can appreciate more of the variation especially your special effect of 25s to give me a feel of the flow as if I am looking at waterfall.
No, this time I do not see horizon tilt but if I may say so, I would like to see ths statue of pair being placed off the end of slope and either above/below the horizon to avoid upstage of its importance, but I see your composition is partly controlled by the edge of wall at upper left.
In fact I quite like the triangle I see provided by this wall around the pool of water, and the flow of water is placed at just the right place :)
Nice work. Of course the warm sky tone is great timing.

una splendida immagine che la tonalita' di colore rende unica.
Una bellissima inquadratura con la bella resa dinamica dell'acqua che scorre.

Beautiful pink tones in barbie hour. The running water by a long exposure looks certainly the fairy floss, it has been rendered with very refined touch.
Best wishes, Hisashi

I had such a good time in Australia that I couldn't resist wandering through your postings; I was thinking of coming back to one of the rainbows but this beauty stopped me dead in my tracks!! The silky flow of water adds great foreground interest to this symphony of evening colors. Plus we spent at least a week i9n Manly between different trips and I just loved it.
