Remembrance Day (also known as Poppy Day) on November 11 is a memorial day observed in commonwealth countries to remember the members of their armed forces who had died in the line of duty.
I was trying to find a appropriate words for this picture and I spotted a poem which I quote a fragment of it.
..."This is a Remember Day
And the poppy there is a symbol for
The gallant men who died in war.
And because they did, you and I are free"...

Beautiful symbolic image, nice composed and the poppy's really stand out against the grey of the monument.
