Photographer’s Note

Erindale Park is located at 1695 Dundas Street West in Mississauga. It features 5 picnic facility areas, 2 barbecues, 6 comfort stations, 2 playground equipment areas, a lookout, a toboggan hill, a footbridge and a pond. This park also offers walking trails perfect for hikers, joggers, cyclists and cross country skiers, as well as fishing, and canoeing. There is parking available for 400 vehicles with 4 handicapped. The Credit River is a jewel set in the heart of southern Ontario, Canada. The Credit boasts huge runs of Chinook salmon and steelhead as well as some coho, pink and Atlantic salmon. The steelhead run is estimated to be over 10,000 fish every year.

Hi Ziggy,
I'll remeber this place if I come to Canada, thanks for the good note. It seems that it would be better to come in the summer, though.
I like the contrast of colors, white, bllue and pale brown, Very well captured.

13.03. and still winter in Ontario, lovely curving in the river this give excellent depth, the brown colour of the reed on the edges between the snow make a great composition, placid image!

Hi Ziggy, I like this well composed picture. The river cut into the forest created dynamic mood this quiet scene. The foreground tree has well framed the picture. The changing colored sky made some drama feeling. A very clear and clean photo. Well done.

Great natural place you offer here.
Even very much lighted by a quite strong sun, we are not loosing this good snow and river. Colors are very nice and I like the sharpness from the trees.

An excellent capture, Ziggy. The curve of the river takes the eye on a voyage. The colour of the water is frosty blue, and evokes winter snow. Good work.

Ziggy, you capture some amazing scenes, and this is no exception. Just breathtaking. This park looks like it is in the wilderness, but no, I see it must be close to the city. The curve of the river, the trees on the right bank, and the blue sky, make it so well composed. TFS.
