This is Yosemite Valley, a nice view in one of the largest national parks in the USA. Located in California NE of Sacramento it is easily seen why the nation decided to preserve this beautiful landscape for future generations

A very nice view of the valley with a view of both sides: not easy to get this picture unless by climbing, I suppose. It would be useful to indicate where it was taken from and what are the mountains which can be seen in the horizon. Isn't it the capitan on the left ? I was there also last summer and I enjoyed very much the landscape.
