Photographer’s Note
I was in front of this Egret getting closer trying to take a good picture. Suddenly, the bird did a fast move to the ground, raised its head and swallow something dark green. It all happened so fast and I was so focused in taking the picture that I had to review the shot I took to realise that the bird was in the middle of its lunch.
It caught a lizard from the grass and did a quick move to swallow it. My shot was in the middle of everything. It was very exciting to have that picture, even though I felt bad for the poor lizard.

Hello Telma, nice story i can imagine that it was not easy to push the button at the right moment but you did it and that's great. It is a pitty that the exposure and speed are not perfect creating a bit of overexposure and blur. But it is question of keep on trying and try to shot animalphoto's with a higer shutter speed to get more sharpness.
Keep on posting.
Best regards
