Detailed and properly exposed night photo. It's good that you included some of the light reflection on water surface.
The photo would benefit from some simple post-processing. I would straighten the horizon by rotating counter clock-wise and crop out most of the sky above skyscrapers and maybe some of the dark water f I think it would look better in more panoramic format.

Hello Dana,
I agree with Linas, the view is very pretty, but the photo needs some minor adjustments. I made a workshop to show some small ways to improve the presentation. I hope you like it. :-)

Nice night exposure shot of city skyline. There is a slight tilt of horizon on the shoreline.

Perhaps you can see this shot and its quality of work Diamonds in the sky
