[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A third of Half Dome (if that makes sense), taken from across the valley.

I've put another view of it from the same spot in the workshop to show the scale of the full face. During the summer you can do a 'rope walk' up to the summit, but there was still too much snow to open it up.

It's amazing to think climbers have ascended this sheer face.

I really dropped by to look at this one - then I got distracted by the hair thing!

One could argue this its a bit of a misty view - but hey, what a view it is!!!

Hi Alastair.

Beautiful composition and view... but I think you could and you should improve the contrast and exposure. Then the photo would be even more impressive.
