[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Universal Orlando Resort is a theme park resort in Orlando, Florida. It is a joint partnership between NBC Universal and the Blackstone Group. The resort consists of two theme parks (Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure), Universal CityWalk (a night-time entertainment destination), and three Loews hotels. It is the largest property owned by Universal Studios Theme Parks, and is also the second largest resort in Orlando after the Walt Disney World Resort. The resort began with the original Universal Studios Florida which opened on June 7, 1990. Expansion occurred in 1999, adding Islands of Adventure, Universal CityWalk, On-site hotels, and two multi-level parking structures. What was once a single theme park became a gargantuan resort destination much larger than Universal Studios Hollywood, as well as designed to be a head-to-head rival to Walt Disney World Resort. The resort was originally named Universal Studios Escape but the name was quickly changed to Universal Orlando Resort.

Hi Claire,

Very nice close catch. I see all the details thanks to the efficient sharpness. The dof pleases me too, since it brings our attention to the globe. I like your work on the composition and the note is informative. Well done!
Regards,
Carlos

Hi Claire,
oh, it reminds me of my trip to Universal Studios. But I`ve been to LA, not to Orlando. A "portrait" of this famous globe, how nice! I like the colors and of course the nice, blured background, just as it should be. Nice shot!

Take care
Mark

Very, very beautiful.

hi Claire

For a moment, I thought you are really into courtship. That is a nice way to put your thoughts. I can also see that you have a gallery of nice travel photos to share with TE.

What strikes me most for this photo is the DOF effect, the high ISO used and 1/1600s, but the result is good.

A Hollywood style for a Hollywood icon. That's very simple, minimalist too but it's striking as Hollywood images do. And it's a breakingpost, in a certain way. Well seen.
Stéphane

Nice closeup, even the white sky looks cool in this case.
