Photographer’s Note
Faithfully
(performed by Journey featuring Arnel Pineda)
highway run, into the midnight sun
wheels go round and round, you're on my mind
restless hearts, sleep alone tonight
sending all my love, along the wire
they say that the road ain't no place to start a family
right down the line it's been you and me
and lovin' a music man ain't always what it's supposed to be
oh girl you stand, by me
i'm forever yours....faithfully.
circus life, under the big top world
we all need the clowns to make us smile
through space and time, always another show
wondering where i am, lost without you
and being apart ain't easy on this love affair
two strangers learn to fall in love again
i get the joy of rediscovering you
oh girl, you stand by me
i'm forever yours....faithfully.
oh oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh
faithfully, i'm still yours
i'm still yours
ever yours, faithfully.

Hello Ben,
Its a lovely shot, taking this old couple from the back has give a poetic and romantic picture. Without showing their faces i'm sure they are a happy couple. Great moment to capture this...tfs

Hello Bai,
How romantic ... beautifully captured. I wish I can grow old like this couple. The body language says it all how this couple still love each other. Excellent shot ... saleable as a Hallmark card. Tfs

Hi Ben,
I know this song! You know this band was part of my teenage list. My brother used to listen their songs in a cassette tape. There is an album called Frontier that I love. Man, the song Send Her My Love makes me cry :))) Very nice shot of the old couple. It matches perfectly with the song in the note. Well done!

Hi Ben,
I'm with herbert on this one!! Good framing leaving the couple lots of space to wander while the DOF makes them stand out against the nicely softened BG; while the interplay of sunlight and shadows makes this photo even more special.
I also like seeing this bit of a romantic bent in your choice of subjects and songs.
