Beautiful view of this great city. The panoramic view is very effective to iaolate the skyline and bridge. Good details and excellent colours to create an interesting image. The contrast of colours and the light balance of the image are very nice. Thanks JB.

Bonjour JB,
un Manhattan tristement dénaturé depuis décembre 2001 mais qui garde encore tellement de panache. Je regrette juste qh'une grande partie du sort s'y déroule, pas toujours bénéfique pour les terriens.
Belles lumières basses , un POV avantageux et un cadrage b ien négocié.

Bonjour JB,

Un joli panorama, agrémenté par les bateaux. la netteté a été beaucoup trop poussée au point que la pixelisation extrême des bâtiments pose des problème de moiré.
Il fallait d'abord aussi un cadre un peu plus petit pour gagner en définition.

Mais l'image est très belle

Olá JB, a fantastic skyline that I never get tired of. Superb soft tones in a clean and sharp image. Love the contrast with the texture of the water. Excellent shot.

Hi JB,
Probably the most famous skyline in the world. I like contrast and saturation here, separating individual buildings from each other despite it being a huge mass of skyscrapers over there. Strong sharpening brings up some Moiré effect on the window lines. I could do with less sky as it appears rather featureless this time.

C'est un superbe spectacle dans des couleurs plutôt exceptionnelles. Une image remarquable. le sillage des bâteaux brise avec bonheur l'uniformité du premier plan. Bien vu.

Superbe vue de Manhattan. J'aime bien ce paysage urbain célébre qui s'étire jusqu'à l'eau ! Les couleurs du soleil couchant sont très belle et donne une excellente chaleur aux façades !

Being out on the water gave you an excellent viewpoint to take this image of the Manhattan skyline. The detail and sharpness are first rate and the inclusion in the composition of the other boats adds lots of interest. well done

beau traitement, il y a un petit halo tout de même
ça pourrait être accroché à un mur, bon c'est pas la seule de ta collection mais c'est ce qui me vient à l'esprit en premier :)

Hi JB,

I do like the composition. I really do! It's just that it feels really too sharp to me. In the distance it almost feels like it's plastic. Some sides of the building also have a bit of artefacts I see if noise reduction has been set a bit too strongly.
I'm sorry, just my feeling. But I do like the composition! I just feel there's a bit to win here in post processing.

Bonjour JB,
tu connais déjà ma passion par NY, par laquelle c'est inévitable que je commente cette photo.
C'est une bonne vue panoramique du skyline du Downtown du Manhattan depuis la baie, j'ai aussi joui d'une agréable ballade dans un bateau comme toi, et la vue est magnifique.
J'aime le fort contraste et l'effet graphique de la lumière sur ces édifices qui dessine ses reliefs et ses formes entre la mer et le ciel.
Le cadrage est bien équilibré, c'est un beau travail.
