Hi Brian,
the overexposed snow trasforms the shot in a graphic effect! I like very much. I think is well composed also, with the not-horizontal line of the buffalo and the tree on the right.
Well done

Hi Brian
You've produced a very minimalist and subtle composition which relies on a skillfull exposition. The overall result is very graphic, almost impressionist.
Congratulations

Hi Brian,
I really like the effect here with the stark white landscape and the dark buffalo. Also the few bare branches give us an idea of the harsh temperature and enviroment. Well captured.

very cool and minimalist. good work, i like it a lot. not so crazy about the name in the corner; it is too disturbing.

the animals are like floating in the white. The trees in the upper corner adds to break monotony. Good graphic effect

Hi Brian...
Coming from a part of the world where there are still free-range bison (Wood Buffalo National Park and Elk Island National Park, both in Alberta, Canada), I have a great appreciation for the subject matter of htis image. Bison are powerful creatures, yet they possess a certain grace that belies their size and rather primitive physical 'architecture'. I have had the somewhat aprehensive pleasure of walking among them, and can tell you that the experience was both frightening and exhilerating.
This is a great photo, representing these great beasts in such a way as to illuminate their primitive beauty. The only thing I would change would be to PS the fence posts out of the image in order to eliminate any intimation of their captivity.
Regards,
Peter
