Photographer’s Note
Driving from Furnace Creek Inn on 190 for about two miles, you will see this beautiful rock formation to your left just off the road situated in the Funeral Mountains. At the top is a small open structure owned by the Inn where guests would go to enjoy the view in the 1920's and 30's.
This area is close to Travertine Springs.

Hi Gary,
You found very unusual colors. And the light pattern creates great divide between foreground and background. Nice catch!

Hello Gary,
Awesome looking rock in excellent sharpness and details. The light is very well managed making good horizon against the stunning blue sky with traces of white cloud. Well done and you have beautiful gallery here.
Have a wonderful weekend and best regards,
Jusni
