Everything about Alaska is BIG! Big skies, big mountains and glaciers, big vistas - and big cruise ships! This shot was taken from the MS Statendam as we glided towards College Fiord in the mid afternoon of the first day of September '07 - the spectacular tidewater glaciers were still more than 20 nautical miles away.

Finely and crisply balanced with superb colours and great pov. I love the use of depth and the way he rest of the terrain is used as well

Wow, what a big boat and what big scenery! Great view with the front of the boat visible which gives me an idea of the size of it. Great POV with the distant mountains and the clouds above! Great work, Jeff!
