Hi Angela,
Lovely capture of this partially frozen reservoir that is seen with some fine tonal changes to its varying blue surface. The the afternoon light on the dorment trees and grass bring a nice gold color that compliments the blue of the lake.

lovely landscape scene with great lighting and fine colours. atmosphere is excellent and the foreground framing with the grass is effective. I wonder if you could also try a wider version next time.

Belle photo de ce lac qui est tout bleu grâce a la réflection de ce ciel dans cette eau, bien vu, bien pris.
Jolies couleurs et bonne netteté de l' ensemble, bien joué ces branchettes a l' avant plan qui donne une bonne profondeur de cha^ps a votre photo.

Hi Angela,
Good choice to include the FG branches with their DOF enhancement. The contrast between the sun-kissed trees and the shadows adds drama as does the shading of the water from a clear clue to the reflections.
