Photographer’s Note
While walking the Vegas strip at night I was struck by the colours of the balloon out front of the Hotel Paris. This was a fairly high ISO setting - but I got lucky with the noise (I have cropped the image and adjusted Brightness and Contrast but did not filter out any noise).
