[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Each holiday season the downtown Denver City & County Building stages a beautiful light show. Some of the lights pulse and change color, giving the photo a fuzzy neon glow, and others are fixed and come out looking sharp. With pattern metering I under-exposed by 2 EVs to get a rich darkness, and in Photoshop I bumped contrast 2% and hit sharpness once.
