Photographer’s Note
I was fortunate to see this small tug anchored so near the shoreline with the bridge as a backdrop as it crosses over the Columbia River. He must have taken a smaller craft to the shoreline and had dinner at the Red Lion Restaurant at the Quay to the right of my location. I had first went to this locale to see if the fog was still forming and the rain began and all the fog had then disappeared.
