I think that lady's eyes should be important point of this picture. But this part is dark...

Nice shot but too much posed i am afraid...Nice framing and colors...Some fill in flash could help....
Nice shot, but I wish her hat hadn't taken all the light off her face...
Nice pose. The problem in two words. Fill Flash. That would bring out the face and that is usually the focal point of a portrait.

I think this is intended to be a creepy feeling shot due to the greenish mood and play on the shaddow. Unforutnately, there is still too much daylight to make it super creepy :).

Bit too posed, 4 secs !!
I think it would habve been really better with a wider aperture such as f/4, that would have been 1 sec and would have reallly blurred out the background shop window which is not that nice in the pic.
As for the darker part of the face, I don't think the solution would come from a fill in flash -that would blow out both light shirt and atmosphere- but from a light reflector held close to the lantern and her face, preferably left side.
