[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It is the uniqueness of the rocks that caused Bryce Canyon to be designated as a national park. These famous spires, called hoodoos are formed when ice and rainwater wear away the weak limestone that makes up the Claron Formation.
Because Bryce transcends 2000feet (650m) of elevation, the parc exists in three climatic zones: spruce/fir forest, Ponderosa Pine forest, and Pinyon Pine/juniper forest.

Bonsoir Robert!
Wow! Mais quelle vue à en couper le souffle. En photo c'est incroyable et je n'ose pas imaginer ce que cela doit être en vrai.Superbe relief et jolies couleurs. J'aime particulièrement la couleur orangé de ces rochers.
Good work, well done.
Best regards
denis!

very nice capture, and color , and nice sharpness

Hi Robert
One of the difficult area where light is difficult to manage, and you did a good job at keepng everything well defined.
I like the inclusion of those two rocks in the foreground, they add depth and a sense of scale.
Have a good week
Charles

Robert,
Excellent sharpness and detail! Your composition is outstanding showing the textures in the foreground and the mountains and great sky in the background. The lighting and colors are great as well.

Asa

Wow, what amazing colour! The rock of Bryce Canyon is not just red, but also pink, which I think is very unusual. Quite a unique place, and quite a panorama, which you have captured very well. Good shot, showing not just the close up view of the canyon, but also the surrounding area. Well done!

Hi Robert,
Striking view of this unique vista with the beautiful rugged red sandstone contrasting wonderfully with the scattered evergreens and the distant blue sky and puffy white clouds. Lovely clear colors and excellent sharpness to this striking western landscape.
Regards, Tom

HI Robert,

Such a wonderful combination of detail and infinite landscape .. very nice .. I wish the foreground was a little crisper .. maybe a smaller aperture. Again very nice. ..

take care,

John

Hello Robert! The quality and sharpness in this one is instantly apparent here. The exposure was perfect as you captured beautifully saturated colors. And the foreground rocks to the left are well placed.

Well done
Doug

Bonjour Robert
Excellent sharpness, details & light. The play of light & shadows created by the light falling from the right, creates a graphic effect. The colours are wonderful & the contrast with the blue sky lovely.

Angshu
