Haha, it surely is! How did you get the light on the car? The sun is coming from another direction and it's too even for a flash. Some streetlights still on, or just the light over the corner of a building?
I'm wondering, is this a skyline picture with a pleasant subject in the foreground? Or a car shot with a pleasant background? ;-).
