An impressive sight to be sure. I'm not sure whether it is a stiching job, but if it is it is seamlessly done! The panoramic format is really effective here. It is very well exposed but the sharpness is too soft for it to really 'pop' for me.
Best,
Mikkel
PS: Just checked the large version. Somehow the left hand side of the pic is much less focussed than the right hand side. Not sure why.

Nice shot Ken! I've always been a sucker for cityscapes at night, particularly in panoramic formats; and this a good example.
There are a few things I'd change though; firstly there seems to be a slight CW tilt. If you're using PTgui use the Align Panorama option, and then select straighten horizon, that should fix it. You could also simply use Rotate in Photoshop to fix it.
Something I'm less certain of the cause for is that the right hand edge of the LP version seems a lot less sharp than the left... Did you stitch this, or is it corner softness? How do the original frames look? If it's corner softness, that tends to be significantly reduced if you stop down a bit; f/8 would probably be optimal, and there's no reason not to if you're shooting on a tripod.
Finally I tend to prefer these shots taken a little earlier; just after sunset's good, you'll get some different colours in the sky, and it'll feel a lot less sombre.
Anyway, despite my thoughts, it's a good shot :D
