Photographer’s Note
Here I am standing on a rocky point overlooking the Coe glacier far below me. "Move farther out!" my climbing partner says. So I put my foot on a section of the point that is already cracked almost clean through. "Oh come on! Move farther out!" He says. It is a grand view indeed. Needless to say I did not move farther out. The elevation of this image is at about the 8,500 foot level. We were climbing the Sunshine route.

Awesome shot,allready 2 points worth to keep yourself balanced on that height.Nice colors and an amazing profile of the rocks what gives this picture a great accent too,bravo!

Ahhh. . . I can almost smell that clean crisp air. I like how a lot of the rock is included in this shot. The shape keeps your eye moving up to the opposing corner of the photograph. Great job (both in composition and climbing to those heights).
