Photographer’s Note
I recently got a new telescope. By setting my camera on macro mode, I can take pictures through the lens. Since the moon is so bright, I can use short shutter speeds. I thought since it was night, I would have to use a longer shutter speed. But it's the opposite, and I'm glad I don't have to use a tripod to get these shots. I tried taking a picture of Jupiter but it's so dark compared to the moon and I would have to use a 4 second exposure, but I can't do that. I cropped this picture and converted to Black and White.
