Photographer’s Note

This is the Centennial Tower downtown Atlanta. The tower creates it's own artwork by reflecting back the images of the city in front of itself. A kind of pointillism.

I started to crop the image to only show the face of the building and make you wonder what it is. :-)

The Centennial Tower was completed in 1975. It is 459 feet tall and has 39 floors. It borders Cone, Marietta, and Spring Streets.

très amusant ce genre de cliché, on se demande si la tour n'est pas en papier d'alluminium avec tous ces reflets.

Reflections always make good subjects in my opinion. This is a very nice composition; I agree that the windows make a pleasing pointilistic effect. I also like the cropping you decided on in the end; it helps put everything in its context.

i love reflections! :-) normally i try to be in them when i can - the only way for me to get on a photo every once a while.*g*
but here, wow, a whole reflecting big tower, no chance for me.
