Photographer’s Note
I was photographing the sunset over Cape Cod Bay vertically to emphasize the sun's reflection stretching across the water, when this seagull suddenly came walking down the beach right into my shot. Using continuous shooting mode I took about a dozen photos as the gull walked across, and thus was able to pick the one with the best positioning of the gull and the most attractive curl in the wave.
