Photographer’s Note
Whenever I visit New York I always try to walk around Lexington Avenue in Manhattan, and try to discover new angles near the City Corp building snd vicinity. This is a study of lines I found during my last tour in New York.

Bonjour Izzet
Joli travail

Very good graphics and architecture. The buildings look very unusual from this perspective. Great details and combination of lines and shapes. Light was well managed on this image and the dark colours add elegance to the buildings and image. Very nice composition Izzet :-)

Well yes, I agree that's the thing to do, though discovering anything new there I find quite illusive, very well done here. Well planned justapostion between the two main elements in the image.

Gret urban shot! the combination of lines and shapes makes this something like a sculpture instead of a city. The textures created by the building windows and facades is very interesting too, somehow reminding me of a collection of farmer's fields, with the different crops and different rows. Excellent work!

Hello Izzet,
I used to work directly across the street from this block. I tried several times to compose a photo with the Citicorp building and the triangular church, but never quite got it right. I like the way you tilted the frame to almost create a triangle on the underside of the building, to correspond with the triangular church. Nice combination of lines - and a great blue sky, too!

Very good POV and also composition. We have a good graphism in the photo and that's very good.
Exposure and colours are good too.
