[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I recently took a trip with my husband on his ship and we ended up going to Sandusky, Ohio home of Cedar Point park. Voted the best amusement park in the world because it has more roller coasters that anywhere else and also two of the hightest in the world. This one...wasn't one of the highest but its too high for me as it is! Screams can be heard everwhere in all directions! I took this photo from my husbands ship as we sailed in the channel in front of the park.

Thanks for visitng my gallery and for your comments on my photos

Donna,
That makes my stomach drop just from looking at it! Well, not really, but youve captured the ride at the pivotal point there on the tracks. Overal the photo is a bit dull - maybe be could be brighter or stronger in color. But otherwise, well done,
Dave

Hello Donna,
I'm surprised you read you took this from the ship! Looks like your POV is in the middle of the park...
Scary indeed, I have no idea why people enjoy those things!
Very good documentary photograph!

Hi Donna!

Now I understand the meaning of the title!
You have taken a very interesting shot Donna, placing the interest and attention on one of most impressive parts of the journey, when the charriot is falling down at the maximum speed!
Excellent!

In a couple of days IŽll be doing the same at the biggest amusement park in Spain!

Cheers, take care!

Miguel

Hello Donna,
Very nice view of this park at Sandusky. I like your point of view and definition. Very good colours.
TFS and greetings

Hello Donna,
No, I don't think I'd be going on one of those these days ;-) I like the graphics and pov in this image. Very good clarity; just a pity the sky was not quite so drab, but you can't have everything.

Hi Donna,
That looks scary to me! Well timed capture, just before the plunge! We can almost hear them scream too! It has nice graphism, and late afternoon colors are fine.
The ship was not shaking too mush as it has good sharpness!
Is it a sailing boat??
Greetings from Bangkok
Laurent

Hi Donna,
Not for me, when my daughter was a child she had just recovered from a serious illness and I had to spend a day on one of these (I promised) and well never again not at gun point. Beautiful clear sky makes a wonderful back drop to this torture device. Stonrg red and silver colors and I can hear the screams. You choose the perfect vantage having a ship and a lake between you and roller coaster.
Regards, Tom

Nice shot but you'll never find me on these monsters..... Noooooo way!
