Photographer’s Note
This is one of the old established flower shops in Pike Place Market, downtown Seattle, with one of the friendly stall-holders looking on. I thought that these were some of the most beautiful bouquets I've seen, and so many of them on rows of stalls that they would make a nice vanishing-point composition.
This is the first post I've made with my new Tamron lens, making use of the narrow DOF and improved bokeh of the out-of-focus areas that this lens has compared to my old 15-55mm kit-lens. There is no post-processing other than a little smart-sharpening. The colours were already well saturated thanks to the polariser.
