This Redwood Tree fell in a storm several years ago and so the Forestry Dept made a cut so as to allow cars to drive thro.If you have a large vehicle than there is a bypass.This gives you some idea as how large these reswoods can be.....Jim

Hi Grassi. Nice shot of the marvel cocept. To me it appears that apart from the largeness of the tree, there is a display of care and respect for the fallen Redwood. Great idea of those who made a cut to allow the motorists to pass through. TFS. Regards.
