A Galveston lifeguard watches diligently from her tower for any signs of a potentialy hazardous situation.

The image certainly has visual impact and I like the space on the right hand side for the lifeguard to be looking in to.
Her face is lost a bit against the rocks. Maybe a lower viewpoint, placing her face in front of water would help.

Excellent color contrast and i like the composition too. i agree with Keith abotu putting the face in front of the water. still, very nice capture..
