Hi Bulent. A majestic archway well captured with clarity. The eye is drawn through by the slate roof beyond. A well chosen POV. The designer and builders of this did a great job. It would also be good in spring with new leaves over the entrance. TFS. Murray.

The light is beautiful, especially the way the golden tones are illuminating the left of the archway, where the contrast on the decoration is perfect. The spring foliage is just enough to frame the arch; in a few weeks it will probably obscure it.

Hello. You know I think I have a picture just like this but I sure don't have light that good. You've got a good amount of symmetry. It's too bad you didn't have any leaves yet as that would have been a good addition. The interplay of light and shadows is the highlight of this picture for me. Super shot Bulent!

Very nice view of this beautiful, if anachronic, Romanesque piece. The light, colours and that tree branch covering it adds much charm. Before I noticed the location, I thought it had been shot in England. Those Americans and their fascination with Medieval Age... :-)

Congratulation my friend, you used a tripod, alone I know nothing about your ISO and your exposure.
This portal is absolutely attractive for looking, I can enjoy the white stone construction, also the sunlight to the left gives a very nice composition.
I should trying the through look, a little bit more clarity to giving.

I really like this one .. I love the light .. I love the geometric relationship of the triangular and pyramid shapes in the inner arch to the gazebo? on the interior .. all of that against the natural progression of the tree that watches over the whole place.

Hello Bulent,

I don't think I've seen such intricate and varied carvings on one portal before. You've caught the light perfectly but, because I'm a fan of doors, especially old wooden ones, I would have liked to have seen more of the door itself. However, that's a personal view and it doesn't detract from the fact that it's a fine capture of a beautiful piece of stonework my friend and as usual a wonderful, informative note.

I specially like this picture for the nice light from end of the day. Perhaps the picture could have been a little more sharp. But I like the picture also because I find here three of my favorite elements : light / stones / tree.
One additionnal remark : the frame with same dominent colours than in the picture is for me more distractive than attractive because the eyes cannot avoid it : you want to look the picture and your eyes are attarcted by the frame (of course, personnal point of view).

Hello Bülent - very nice detail, the weeping (cherry?) tree adds the right touch, good light, I also like the peek-a-boo view of the conical roof under the arch, it must look even better when the trees are in bloom. I have mixed feelings about the capuccino frame, the ochre matches the color of the stone, but layer within layer it's a bit too elaborate.

Merhaba Bulent. I love the gravitas and elegance in this shot. Beautifully controlled light enriches the forms and plays with shadows. The tree seems to loom protectively over the arch, caressing it with its branches. Evocative and as you say, inherently beautiful. Selamlar. Klaudio.
