[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this photo from the 51st floor of Prudential Tower in Boston, the capital of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on a cold and sunny day. This tower is the second highest building of the city. The building is 759 ft/229 m tall and has 52 floors. It was completed in 1964.

The high building you see on the foreground is the John Hancock Tower, the higstes building of Boston (and the whole area of New England). It is a 60-story, 790-foot-tall / 241 meter skyscraper designed by I.M. Pei and Henry N. Cobb.

About the photo: slightly rotated, cropped, warmified, sharpened (which was not easy, because this photo is very detailed) and resized.

Hi Stef,
It's not that usual that I like so much a urban view featuring modern sky scrappers, but this one is very attractive. The pov/compo is very clever, the image really stands out. I like the way we can imagine an X done with the taller buildings, where my eyes keep strolling and that park on the left is also very nice.
Regards, José.

Hello again Stef,
Excellent travail.
Bien a toi.
Daniel.

Hej Stefan,
Groeten,
Lars

Hi Stef. What a great view you had from up there! You know by NYC standards that's not super tall and it has me wondering why they don't have taller buildings there. I wonder if the geology can't support the massive buildings like it can in Manhattan. You had great clarity here and the light did a great job of brightly and cheerfully illuminating the city. Nice one Stef.

Gr., Aleksander

The panoramic view is breathtaking. Marvellous photo, with excellent colours. Great panorama. Very well done
Best wishes,
Achim

Olá Stef, what a breathtaking view with an incredible set of diferent architectures. The John Hancock Tower really dominates and it seems a bit too agressive for the other smaller buildings just next to them - the sunlight was taken away from them! Technically, it seems great. Excellent shot.

Hoi Stef,

Zonnige dag gewenst,
John.

Your high POV afforded dyou a wonderful outlook over Boston. While the John Hancock Tower dominates there are so many other details to enjoy. I'm not surprised you had problems to sharpen as the detail is so tiny. I bet this took a lot of compression to comply with requirements.
Good work
Kath

Bonjour Stef,
good evening

Fijn weekend,
Bert
