Photographer’s Note
This is the Lakepoint Tower, an iconic apartment building in Chicago.
This is a high rise residential building located on a peninsula that leads to the Navy Pier. It is the only tall building that is built east of Lake Shore Drive (there is supposed to be some regulation about NOT building highrises east of the Drive but somehow the developer of this building manage to skirt that regulation).
The design was based on a Mies van der Rohe drawing for a building in Berlin.
From 1968-1993, this building was the tallest completely residential building in the world until the Tregunter 3 in Hong Kong was completed.

Salut Ken,
I oike this one a lot.
The reflections are very nice, and the contrast of the building against the sky is great.
Overall : a great job, providing a very pleasant picture.
Regards,
JB.
