Photographer’s Note
As promised, another angle of this great pedestrian bridge. This was taken earlier in the morning when the sky was cloudy. I thought the contrast of the white structure of this bridge played nicely here.
You can read detailed info on this bridge, but here is just a bit of info on the architect:
World renowned Spanish architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava conceived the Sundial Bridge's unusual design, his first free-standing bridge in the United States. Calatrava has built bridges, airports, rail terminals, stadiums, and other structures around the world. His notable designs include the new PATH transportation terminal at the World Trade Center site in New York City and several projects at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece, including the main stadium where opening and closing ceremonies were held.

Hi Pranab.
I preffered the other view. Why? Because this is, maybe a little bit typical. I like it but the other was amazing.

Hello Pranab,
Ta composition est bien pensée et permet de bien plaçer les éléments dans l'image !
Les personnes apportent de la vie à ce beau pont haubané ! Tu as bien fait d'intégrer tout le pilier, l'image n'en n'est que plus forte !
A+

Hi Pranab,
First I thought this bridge is going to sky... The dark background is giving true contrast to the bridge. Good colors and contrast.

Very nice angle, Pranab, to catch this bridge in efficient vertical format. Obviously a Calatrava, there is a similar one near Tel Aviv, which I like to shoot sometimes. Cheers :) Daniel

Hi Pranab,
Once again amazing work with your framing. The way you captured the whole support section against the excellent cloud detail makes me think of a huge white bass. Nice inclusion of the pedestrians, this IS a pedestrian bridge after all. Great choice to get the two girls with their photogenic pooch as your leading pedestrians. HLJ, Pat

It's a wonderful point of view and very successful light... The perspective and the vertical cadrage are perfect... Also perfect tones of the gray, details and clarity... The contrast between the red and the cold colors is also wonderful...
