[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this pic during cold, windy winters day in the captial. I was blessed with blue skies and no snow :-)

This photo was taken with a fish-eye lens attachment.

I dont know who the lady is walking by. Could be a tourist (as there were many around) or someone taking a break from work.
