this is the decomisioned USS Intrepid. it is parked on the New York pier and open to visitors. you can have a look at the concorde and several jet fighters.. on the inside, there are jeeps and spitfires and some history on the uss intrepid...
i was on the upper deck as we where coming in to New York snapped pictures until my camera was lined up with the landing deck of the intrepid.
