Generally, I don't care for the "tilted viewpoint" thing, but I must say that when it's done as you have it here, it works very well. It looks as thought the camera is flying along with the bird. The detail in the photo is very sharp and the warmth of the lighting is excellent. Well done!

While I think I might prefer a more conventionally composed version I have to say that this does fill the frame more than a straight piture would have done. The real beauty here is in the way you have caught the light so perfectly, so whichever way it is composed I like it - a lot! Excellent.

Ok, so a new TE star is born.
I'm not too sure about the big tilt, and maybe a bit too much of postprocessing, but it's only personal taste.

Masterwork at first try.
I want to see more and hope it will be as good.

Wow!.. For an unique picture here on TE and for the begining... 45 points in a row I think it's a fantastic begining!... and the picture worth it!..Excelent composition with well balanced colors and excelent contrast. The POV is very intresting enhancing the picture wisely and the gull is a beautiful (and very lucky) touch.
