Quaking Aspen Leaves
Location: A grove of aspen trees along the Alpine Loop Road in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah.
About the Photo: These leaves completely covered the forest floor where I was trying to photograph a grove of aspens this morning. I intended to photograph the trees, but I found the ground to be even more interesting.

The colours are vivid and adopted to the period and the drops look hardly natural.

I Love it! Sometimes people forget to look closely at things above and below them for good photos. I love how you captured every fall color here: green, red, orange, yellow. This is one of my favorites. TFS

This looks unreal Ryan! Those large water drops are so amazing that they look out of this world. But they aren't, they are just made of pure crystalline water. The mix of colors is very beautiful and so is your trio compo. The reflections in the droplets is very striking too. A very creative work, I must add. Like it a lot!

That is definitively something that I miss in California. The aspen trees in autumn. I guess taken a picture of pien needles on the floor wouldn't be even half interesting of what you achieved here. The colors are fantastic, but what really makes it great are the water drops.

Beautiful one, seems a simple subject, but maybe it's not so simple. The execution is so perfect. Beautiful colours, just 4 different leave tones. The drops on the leaves are very nice. Beautiful sparklings..or how would you call that in english.
Superb sharpness, this is just such a fine shot.

What a shot. This is one of my favorites of your photos. The way the three leaves split the shot up into three different colored sections, the texture of the leaves and water, the colors themselves--it makes for a fantastic shot. Can't find anything that I don't like about it. Nice job.
