Photographer’s Note
Washington Monument. An obelisk of huge proportions. An elevator takes you up the inside to the very top, from which you can enjoy an impressive view of the area around the White House, the Lincoln Memorial and the Capitol.
I lined this up in order to make the clouds look like they are being striated by the tip of the monument.
No flash. No filter. No pp. Re-sized. One monument.
