Photographer’s Note
A panoramic stitch of the Yankee Stadium.
Yankee Stadium is the home stadium of the New York Yankees, a major league baseball team.
It was the first baseball park to be labeled a "Stadium" rather than a "Field," a "Park," or a "Grounds," and it conformed to the usage of the term in ancient Greece, where a stadium was a foot-race arena.
Yankee Stadium favors left-handed batters because of a shorter right-field fence, which was once called "Ruthville" and is now known as "the short porch", although the field has become much more symmetric over the years.

A beautiful general sight. You were positioned perfectly to add a graphic key and to make the whole symmetrical.

Hey Alex,
everything about this stitch is perfect. Even the sky looks awesome. Baby Ruth would have been proud! When it is full it looks so impressive.
So, exept for some minor stitching mistakes (coaching zone on the right) the shot is worth a poster!
TFS!!!

Clarity, composition and perspective are super!
I love ballparks. I can't pass them without staring at them and have photographed a few of them with similar intentions of putting together a great wide angle shot via photomerge.
The stitch is noticably off behind second base and down the first base line as well as the left field corner. I know how frustrating these projects can be having labored over ballpark stitches that just won't work. I have actually pulled off a couple of solid merges with many minute adjustments and considerable blending.
Nice effort and thanks for posting. It's great to see Yankee Stadium on TE!
