Here you see a wonderful old barn with the snow-capped tip of Mt. Rainier in the background just off of US HWY 12 near Packwood, Washington. I have always admired this old farmstead and have photographed it at least 3 different times when we have been traveling through Packwood.

A side note: If you are ever in the area on Labor Day or Memorial Day weekends (US Holidays), the entire town of Packwood turns into one huge yard sale. The town is full of people peddling their wares. If you like shopping for antiques, clothing or to just go "junkin," it's a lot of fun to be there. You'll find just about anything and everything there.
