Photographer’s Note

I noticed a small cloud in Wisconsin. Since I know quite a bit about weather, I could tell it was going to grow into a thunderstorm. So I decided to grab my camera and take pictures as it builds. This storm became a supercell thunderstorm and produced half-dollar sized hail and strong winds in Milwaukee. I had never seen a thunderstorm build like this. You can see the lightning from this storm here. On each picture I took, I had to move to the right slightly as that was the direction the storm was moving.
