Photographer’s Note
Here are the Grand Tetons seen from the eastern shore
of Jackson Lake near Lizard Creek. It was early morning light. The second peak from the left is
Grand Teton, elevation 13770 feet or 4197 meters.
Grand Teton is the second highest peak in Wyoming.
Gannett Peak in the Wind River chain reaches 13804
feet or 4207 meters. Elevaton at lake 6897 feet or
2102 meters.
