Hi Grffin,
pretty parrot photo. Here in Brazil that kind is called "arara".
By the exposure used I think it is a dark place. the 1/30 speed reduced a little the sharpness. I think here a more open apperture could help with the luminosity and DOF (I don't like the backgroud to much), and will permit use a more high speed giving a more sharp image.
